Associate Director at St Luke's for Clergy Wellbeing

St Luke’s for Clergy Wellbeing are looking for an Associate Director to strengthen and expand our wellbeing programmes and initiatives across the Church of England and Church in Wales. This role will support the Advancing Clergy Reflection programme and engage dioceses, chaplains, specialist networks and communities in establishing and sustaining practices that contribute to embedding a culture of wellbeing across the Church.

The role is part-time, remote with monthly travel to London and fixed term to March 2029.

Therapeutic Hub Counsellor (School) at TLG

Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) is a Christian charity partnering with local churches to bring fullness of life for every child.

Our new school-based TLG Therapeutic Hubs will bring life-changing support for the growing number of pupils struggling to cope due to emotional, relational, and mental health challenges.

We’re seeking a Bristol-based Counsellor/Therapist with excellent creativity, and confidence in collaborating with others and building strong relationships. You’ll design and deliver a weekly programme shaped around client and school needs, including trauma-aware 1:1 counselling and group interventions for pupils, and Reflective Care groups for parents/carers and staff supported by a Family Champion from the partnering church.

If you’re a Level 4 or above qualified Counsellor or Therapist who thrives in schools and is passionate about transforming young lives, we’d love to hear from you!
