Arise - qualified counsellors needed

Arise Counselling Service is an independent Christian charity born out of the vision of local churches. Early Intervention Therapeutic Counsellor 

Transforming Lives for Good (TLG) are a national Christian charity working to support struggling children, young people and their families. TLG Therapeutic Support will be a new way for TLG, with partner churches, to provide support in school for the increasing number of pupils struggling to cope. We’re looking for an Early Intervention Therapeutic Counsellor who will be present each week in the school, providing specialist trauma aware care for these children, whilst supporting staff and parents too.

Salary:  £34,425 to £37,234 FTE (£15,812.33 to 17,102.58 Part-time; Term time only)

Hours: 18.75 hours per week

Employment Type: Permanent

Location: With a local school in the Coventry Area with a few hours of home based working each week

Level 4 Supporting Tutor in Therapeutic Counselling at Birmingham Christian College (BCC)

BCC seeks a passionate and qualified Supporting Tutor for our Level 4 Diploma in Therapeutic Counselling. The role involves delivering blended learning, supporting students in their professional counselling journey, and preparing them for agency work. Candidates must hold a Level 4 counselling qualification, have at least 2 years of teaching experience, and be a practising counsellor. Strong IT skills and familiarity with MS Teams are preferred. Join our supportive team and help shape future counselling professionals. £40 per hour plus additional marking time.

Orchards - Counsellor (East Sussex)

Orchards is a Christian charity with a vision to see women free from sexual exploitation and empowered for flourishing, independent lives. They seek to build trusting relationships with each woman and enable her to access support for lasting recovery through four main areas:
• transitional safe housing
• counselling
• tailored life and work skills mentoring
• the offer of local church life for community, care, and exploring faith for herself if she chooses.
They are looking for a counsellor to join their team at an exciting point of growth as they develop a new counselling hub in East Sussex. The successful candidate will be part of developing their work as they prepare to support more women over the coming years.

Contract: Permanent.
Hours: 2 days per week – one of these should include Tuesday.
Salary:£28-£33,000 FTE dependent on experience.
Location: Our Brighton office. Some travel to London required, with travel expenses to our other offices paid for.
