Pre-requisite Information: No previous training is required but you must have good listening skills and comply with your professional Code of Ethics. This course is suitable for those currently engaged in pastoral and ministerial work who have supervisory responsibilities within their setting where they can practice and apply their learning.
This course is for those who are looking to become proficient in the practice of reflective pastoral supervision both as supervisor and supervisee. The qualification may of interest to you if:
Teaching Schedule: 36 weeks. Delivered as six two-day workshops roughly every six weeks on Tuesdays and Wednesdays. The course is delivered in a hybrid format with 3 online workshops and 3 in person held in Loughborough. In addition to the scheduled workshops, students undertake assignments and supervision practice which culminates in a reflective practice portfolio.
