This training is for church members and leaders seeking practical information to assist them in setting up and running a pastoral team within a church context.
It covers:
- how to find out the type of pastoral team you need
- how to gather and run an effective pastoral team
- how to ensure pastoral care is safe and sustainable for all
Please note that the training will acknowledge safeguarding, DBS, GDPR as things to consider for setting up/running a pastoral team but it will not address specific issues relating to these.
